HCL Technologies is Hiring a PRACTICE MANAGER Near China, TX

This role is responsible for leading a particular practice within the respective CoE in alignment with the overall strategy of HCL Technologies; The role is involved in design (and redesign), implementation, governance & audit of the practice specific HR processes. (1.) - Lead the discussions on system implementation of relevant HR module including customization for various LoBs (2.) - Oversee maintenance of records on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance to policiesorprocesses as mandated by regulatory bodies, internal SLAs and KPPs
- Provide information requested by auditors and resolve queries as and when required
- Liaise with auditorinternal team to come up with an action plan based on the audit findings
- Track progress against plan and drive closure of non-compliances (3.) - Seek relevant inputsordata like employee engagement scores, attrition analysis, employee feedback on policies, other HR scorecards, etc. from respective teams (COEs, LoB HR, business) and market (CandB benchmarking report, etc.) at the beginning of financial year; Analyse the data gathered and identify gaps and areas of improvement
- Plan approach to meet these gaps and improvements; Propose plan to CHRO, CEO and other internal stakeholders (Finance head, LoB leaders, Delivery heads)
- Seek approvals from the CEO, CHRO, Finance team and other relevant stakeholders
- Work with the LoB leaders and delivery heads for budget allocation and communication of final outcomes to respective business units and subsequently to delivery units
- Set targets for the team to achieve the plan; Review and provide inputs for the team''s budget for the year (4.) - Support line HR leaders to meet or monitor respective CoE metrics or KPPs (e.g. average resource cost targets, wage bill as a percent of revenue, etc.) as per the central CoE guidelines (5.) - Lead the design discussions of the relevant processes (compensation structure, PMS process, bell curve modelling, goals library, KPPs, etc.) and tools with the business teams along with the HRBPs
- Prepare proposal on the same and share with the LoBs
- Plan and oversee rollout of the processes including implementation guidelines, exception handling, orientation and communication sessions across LoBs
- Conduct periodic audits for LoBs for process adherence
- Monitor process rolloutorimplementation across LoBs by sending reminder emails, etc.
